Healthy Key Lime Pie


Steps to prepare:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
2. In a medium-sized bowl, stir all the ingredients. Press the mixture into a 9.5' pie dish. Bake for 13 minutes, or until firm. While you let it cool, make the filling.
3. In a large bowl, whisk the condensed milk and egg yolks. Add in the corn starch, then add in the yogurt and lime zest.
4. Whisk in the lime juice. Mix until it becomes smooth. The mixture should become thick, with a consistency like pudding. Scoop the mixture into the crust and bake for 16 minutes.
5. Let cool for 2 hours, then enjoy!




Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas



Steps to prepare:
1. Mix 3 medium baking apples sliced thin, one teaspoon of cinnamon, two tablespoons of sugar, and two tablespoons of flour and place the mixture into a 9-inch baking dish
2. In small bowl mix one cup of quick oats, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, half a teaspoon of cinnamon,one fourth cup of brown sugar, and two tablespoons of heart-healthy margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over apples.
3. Bake at 325 degrees until the apples are soft and the topping is golden brown (about 30 minutes)
