Below are lists of workouts that can benefit teens of all shapes and sizes if done correctly. We have numerous workouts for people who play different sports or don't play sports at all. The following lists are for female and male teens who don't play sports. Since they don't play sports, their bodies might not be as fit as someone who does play a sport. That being the case, the workout below might be easy for you or might be more vigorous. Try it out and push yourself.

    Female Non-Athletes
  1. 20 minutes of cardio
  2. 15 sumo squats
  3. 20 crunches
  4. 10 pushups
  5. 10 burpees
  6. 30 sec. russian twists

This workout will improve core stability and overall strength. Your 20 minutes of cardio can be anything from jumping rope, running, biking, walking, swimming, and a wide variety of other things.

    Male Non-Athletes
  1. 20 minutes of cardio
  2. 60 second plank
  3. 20 lunges
  4. 30 sec. wall sit
  5. 15 burpees
  6. 30 sec. russian twists

Just like the female non-athlete workout, these exercises are tailored to build your core. Your core is the key to balance and stability so it is important to have strenth there.
