Baseball players have a lot of skills they need to master to be at the
peak of their game. They have to know how to throw, bat, catch, run, and
they need to have hand-eye coordination. The following workout is great
to do on a day you don't have practice and you want to work on your skills.
Male and Female Baseball Players
20 minutes of cardio
15 jumping jacks
15 squats
10 burpees
10 jump squats
30 seconds plank
You should feel this workout in your quadriceps, core, and back.
