Swimmers must have and maintain many differnt skills that are detrimental
to the success of playing this support. The most important skill is breath
control and water comfort. Making sure that you are breathing while you are
swimming and making sure sure that you are comfortable with being in water.
Other skills are floating, kicking, and strokes. The following workout will
sharpen your exerptise.
Male and Female Swimmers
20 minutes of cardio
20 squats
10 shoulder touches
10 leg raises
10 windshield wipers
12 diver pushups
You should feel this workout in your quadriceps and triceps.
