Volleyball Workouts

Volleyball players need many skills to be at the top of their game. Setting, hitting, passing, blocking. and serving are all things a good player needs to master. The following exercise will work every muscle you need to work on in order to get better at those skills.
    Male and Female Volleyball Players
  1. 20 minutes of cardio
  2. 10 one leg squats per leg
  3. 20 hand leg reaches
  4. 30 sumo squats
  5. 35 crunches
  6. 12 leg raises
  7. 10 glute activation (2 way)

You should mainly feel this workout in your hamstrings, quadriceps, and your lower and upper abdomen. This is important because when you go up to block or hit, you can jump harder and you'll be more explosive.
