Soccer Workouts

Soccer players are constantly on the move. They accquire many differnt skill sets like dribbling, passing, shooting, shielding, and speed. The following workout will make your muscles stronger and make playing soccer easier.
    Male and Female Soccer Players
  1. 20 minutes of cardio
  2. 20 high knees
  3. 15 buttkicks
  4. 7 squats
  5. 10 lunges (each leg)
  6. 10 side lunges
  7. 2 minute hamstring stretch

You should feel this workout mainly in your butt, quadriceps, and calfs.
