Basketball Workouts

Basketball players need to have skills like shooting, ball handling, passing, reboudning, defensive skills, and footwork in order to be in their prime. The following workout will exercise the muscles needed in order to improve your game.
    Male and Female Basketball Players
  1. 10 minutes jumping rope
  2. 15 calf raises
  3. 15 squats
  4. 10 burpees
  5. 10 jump squats
  6. 30 seconds plank
  7. 9 pushups
  8. 30 second arm circles

You should feel this workout in your calfs, core, and back.
